1 General Terms & Eligibility

Cricket CX (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is a trusted, licensed online sports betting operator in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Cricket CX website and all associated services.

• Cricket CX may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for account verification purposes.
• Accounts created with false information will be terminated, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Cricket CX will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone requests your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and report it to us immediately.

• Use a strong password — combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Allowing any other person to access your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Betting Rules & Terms

Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on Cricket CX. You can bet on cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and more than 30 other sports. Specific rules may apply to each sport and market.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

• Cricket CX reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly where odds have been published in error.
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed; however, you may use the Cash Out feature where available.
• Bets must be placed before the event begins. Bets submitted after the designated cut-off time may not be accepted.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds, Cricket CX reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.

Live Betting

In Live Betting, odds change in real time as the match progresses. Cricket CX reserves the right to suspend or void live bets if the outcome cannot be determined due to network issues, data delays, or any other reason.

• Bets placed on live betting are considered final once confirmation is received.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, Cricket CX will settle bets in accordance with its own policy.
• Cricket CX is not liable for any bets voided due to loss of internet connectivity.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Cricket CX supports multiple payment options, including Bangladesh's popular mobile payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• There are no additional charges on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawal Terms

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing any winnings. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings generated from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Under our Anti-Money Laundering policy, large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Cricket CX reserves the right to place suspicious transactions on hold until an investigation is completed.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available once per new account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only permitted after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a set time limit. Bonuses will be forfeited if the requirements are not completed in time.
• Bonuses may only be applicable to specific sports or markets.

Reload & Special Offers

• Reload bonuses are available to regular bettors. Each offer carries its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Prohibited Activities

Cricket CX is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Cricket CX, and any violation will result in immediate account suspension.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Creating unusual betting patterns in coordination with other bettors.
• Exploiting system errors or incorrect odds on Cricket CX.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
• Misconduct or threats directed at Cricket CX staff.
• Operating using a third party's account or identity.
